IN STORE RETURNS

WHOLESALE PRODUCTS

All Pallets, LTL and truckload sales are non-refundable and are sold “as is” – FOB. These items are returns, overstocks, closeouts, box damage, salvage and/or shelf pulls which means that they may be damaged, and/or have missing parts and by completing a purchase you agree that you understand the condition, will take the items as-is, and that we make no guarantees or warranties as to the condition or function of the items or the accuracy of the manifest. Joyd Supply LLC Dba Oji Closeouts is not responsible for the accuracy of any manifests provided and no promises of profits are made. No credits or refunds are issued for incorrect, incomplete, or missing items. Any orders cancelled prior to the purchaser taking possession of the product will incur a 10% restocking fee. Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of all terms set forth on this page.

Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser and any freight handled through Joyd Supply LLC Dba Oji Closeouts, is done as a courtesy. Any and all freight charges for any reason including accessorial charges such as TONU fees, layover fees, detention fees, equipment rental fees, driver assist fees, storage fees or any other associated costs are the responsibility of the consignee. If the consignee is unable or unwilling to unload the product it will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided.

RETAIL

All of our items are returns, overstocks, closeouts, box damage, or shelf pulls which means that they may be damaged, non-functional, and/or have missing parts. We will do our best to describe the condition and operability of the item to the best of our ability including whether or not it has been checked for function. We encourage all customers to check items for damage and function before leaving the store. By completing a purchase you agree that you understand the condition, will take the items as-is,  and that we make no guarantees or warranties as to the condition or function of the items. We do not accept returns nor do we offer any refunds, exchanges or in-store credit for items purchased in the store.

We will do our best to describe the condition and operability of the item to the best of our ability including whether or not it has been checked for function. We offer a 30 -day return policy for retail items purchased online and shipped from our store or warehouse that were not received in the condition described. You may return the item within 30 days of the item’s delivery date for an exchange, refund, or store credit if the item is not received as described. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Any item that is listed as “As-Is” is not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. Delivery date is marked by the tracking information.  If you choose “Store Pickup” as your shipping option then your item will be ready for pickup within 1 hour of placing your order. Please make arrangements to pick your items up within 3 business days of placing the order. We can not hold items longer than that and they will be returned to stock with no refunds after that time period has elapsed.

You must send an email to sales@ojicloseouts.comwith the following information:

  1. What is your order number?
  2. Exactly which item(s) need to be returned?
  3. How many of each item(s) need to be returned?
  4. What is the reason for returning each item?

Items that CANNOT be returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4630 cecilia st Cudahy CA 90201 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You may also return eligible items in-store during our open hours, as long as items are within their return window of time.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
